RDc are hiring for the following positions:

Assistant Director--

Assist the AD with all rehearsals

Attend all scheduled meetings

Take over anytime the AD is not present

Intercede on the behalf of the AD where there are:

-disciplinary problems

-dancer's evaluations

-anything else the AD deems neccessary

Studio Director--

Responsible for location of rehearsal space {little and/or no fee}

In charge of all rehearsal fee's {collecting/paying}

In charge of scheduling rehearsal's {AD will provide this}

Take over as needed in rehearsal's

Teach company classes as needed

Attend all scheduled meeting's

Marketing Director--

Responsible for all RDC Marketing {unless given material by the AD}

Setting a budget

In charge of finding funding resources for RDC {dancer's pay, costuming, rehearsal fee's, ect.}

Locating donors
